A training program for hospitality professionals who want to improve their French and communication skills in the work environment.
The purpose of the Français du tourisme program is for learners to become familiar with French, acquire or perfect their abilities to understand and produce written and spoken word through the use of authentic material. The department responds to the needs of hotel workers as well as tour operators.
Issues covered by the program:
- Reception and service of tourists.
- Provision of information to facilitate tourists
- Promotion of a tourist product.
- Complaints management.
